Humwrite is a SaaS platform that offers: • Detection of artificial intelligence patterns in text through statistical analysis. • Humanization (structural rewriting) of sentences identified with AI patterns. The service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee 100% detection accuracy or that humanized texts will be undetectable by all existing or future systems.
All prices include VAT. Available plans: • 24-Hour Pass: €1.99 — 20 humanizations, up to 25,000 characters per text. • Monthly: €7.99/month — 200 humanizations, up to 25,000 characters per text. • Annual: €59.99/year — unlimited humanizations, up to 50,000 characters per text. Free tier: 5 detections and 2 humanizations per day (up to 5,000 characters per text), no signup or payment required.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie B.V., a payment service provider authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of the Netherlands (De Nederlandsche Bank). We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA bank transfer and iDEAL. We never have access to your full card details. Mollie acts as an independent data controller with respect to payment data.
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, and you retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for partially unused periods. The 24-Hour pass is a one-time purchase that expires at the end of its validity period.
Pursuant to Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as this is a digital content service supplied immediately, you expressly agree that performance of the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. However, if you have not used the service, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • We do not guarantee that the service results will be accurate, complete or suitable for a specific purpose. • We are not responsible for the use you make of humanized texts, including their submission in academic or professional contexts. • Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia (Spain), without prejudice to any rights the consumer may have under consumer protection regulations.
The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform allows the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online sales or service contracts between consumers and EU businesses.
