We collect the following personal data: • Name and email address (when you create an account). • IP address (for security and service abuse prevention). • Payment tokens and transaction identifiers processed by Mollie (we do not store full card or account numbers). • Service usage data (number of detections, humanizations performed, subscribed plan). We do not collect browsing data through tracking cookies. We use PostHog (EU-hosted) as our analytics tool, configured not to use tracking cookies and to respect user privacy.
We process your data under the following legal bases: • Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to provide the contracted service and manage your account and payments. • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): to prevent fraud, ensure service security and improve our systems. • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you agree to receive commercial communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Your data may be shared with the following third parties: • Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands): acts as an independent data controller for the payment data necessary to process transactions. See their privacy policy at mollie.com/privacy. • PostHog, Inc. (EU-hosted, eu.i.posthog.com): provides web analytics configured without tracking cookies. Does not share data with third parties. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain your data for the following periods: • Account data: while your account remains active and for the legally required limitation periods thereafter. • Tax and billing data: 5 years in accordance with Spanish tax law (Law 58/2003, General Tax Act). • Usage data: anonymized or deleted after 12 months. You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to hello@humwrite.com.
Your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event that any provider processes data outside the EEA, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.
