Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

Exception for digital content

By confirming your purchase and immediately accessing the service, you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends. If you have already used the service (performed detections or humanizations with the purchased plan), you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 103(m) of the aforementioned Royal Decree. If you have not used the service at all, you may request a full refund within the 14-day period.

Refund process

If you are entitled to a refund: • Send your request to hello@humwrite.com including your name, account email address and payment reference number. • We will verify that you meet the requirements (within the 14-day period and no service usage). • The refund will be processed through Mollie to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from acceptance of the request.
